Harold F. Enright, Jr.
Harold F. Enright, Jr. was appointed to Idealab's Board of Directors in March 2006. He serves on boards of
private technology companies and is a mentor to early stage companies at MIT, the University of Notre Dame
and the University of Hawaii since his retirement from Hewlett Packard in 2002 where he served as
Vice President of Technology Business Development. Previously, he was the Vice President of
Corporate Development at Compaq and Digital Equipment Corporation. His prior technology industry
career includes senior management positions at IBM, Prime Computer, Wavefront Technologies, and MetPath
Inc. He is currently a director at Current Group, Evolution Robotics Retail, X1 Technologies and Advantech Global.
As an advisor to the University of Hawaii's College of Business Pacific Asia Management Institute, he has helped with
the development of the University's Asia-focused MBA programs. As an active mentor in the MIT Venture Mentoring Service,
Mr. Enright provides coaching to start-up companies in a wide variety of technical fields. |

Bill Gross
Duron, founded February 2008, is one of many entries in Bill's long history of starting innovative, impactful companies.
Bill also founded Idealab and has served as its Chairman of the Board and CEO since its formation in 1996. In the intervening time,
Idealab founded more than 40 companies. Bill has a BS in engineering from Caltech and currently serves on the boards of directors
of numerous companies and is also a member of the Board of Trustees of California Institute of Technology and the Art Center College of Design. |

Jack Rivkin
Jack Rivkin joined the Idealab Board of Directors in 2009. Previously, Jack was Executive Vice President, Chief Investment Officer and Head
of Private Asset Management at Neuberger Berman, a Lehman Brothers Company, and was a member of Neuberger's Executive Management Committee,
the Lehman Brothers Council on Climate Change and the Neuberger Berman Climate Change Fund Advisory Board. Jack began his investment career
in 1968 at Mitchell Hutchins. From 1987 to 1992 he was Director of Global Research and subsequently Head of the Worldwide Equities Division at
Lehman Brothers Inc. From 1993 to 1995, Jack served as Vice Chairman and Director of Global Research at Smith Barney. He was an Executive
Vice President with Citigroup Investments from 1995 through 2001, responsible for private equity investments. He joined Neuberger Berman in 2002.
Jack earned his professional Engineering degree from the Colorado School of Mines and his MBA from the Harvard Graduate School of Business Administration. |
