DWP is growing fast as we prepare for our full scale commercial launch later this year. Nine interns joined the team this summer from top engineering and MBA programs, including Duke, Yale, Cornell, the University of Southern California (USC), and the SP Jain Institute of Management and Research. The summer interns bring experience in finance, product engineering, communications, and management consulting. They are already at work on a wide range of projects – from marketing to distribution. “I’m excited about being part of a fast growing company that’s making such an amazing impact in people’s lives,” said Mark Wilson, an MBA student at the Marshall School of Business at USC.

DWP is also expanding its full time staff. Bala joined DWP this June as its Supply Chain Director. Bala, an MBA from SP Jain, brings experience in operations management. Pradeep Kumar Sekar, DWP’s new Vice President of Sales, joins DWP with more than 10 years of experience at Whirlpool India. Pradeep will split his time at our Ahmedabad headquarters and in the field with consumers and distributors.
